• Publish personalized profiles on unique subdomains (e.g., yourname.elevatecv.online).
• Share, edit, and control visibility of your profile.
• Access optional premium features such as analytics, custom domains, and advanced templates.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
• All activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI tools assist in generating resume summaries, bullet points, and profile descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and should be reviewed and edited by you.

ElevateCV is not responsible for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Subdomains and Custom Domains

Each user may create a unique subdomain (e.g., yourname.elevatecv.online). Subdomains:

• Must not infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or contain offensive language.
• May be disabled or removed at our discretion if found in violation of these Terms.

Premium users may connect their own custom domains, subject to verification and DNS configuration. We are not liable for domain transfer issues or third-party registrar actions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, design elements, and trademarks on ElevateCV are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of:

• Content and data you upload (e.g., resumes, images, endorsements).
• Custom text or media you create within your profile.

By using our platform, you grant ElevateCV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your public profile for the purpose of delivering our Services.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of ElevateCV are available only through paid plans.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or Lemon Squeezy.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
• Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds after a subscription period begins, except where required by law.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of paid features.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or billing methods with prior notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You misuse our Services or harm other users.
• We discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your access to your profile and associated data may be restricted or permanently deleted, except where required for legal or compliance purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
